All our macarons are gluten free and we create them using the best local and seasonal produce. We operate from our two registered kitchens in the Mornington Peninsula and Macedon ranges.
Our signature flavours are available all year round with our unique Mauritian vanilla tea macaron paying homage to our heritage.
Salted caramel is the number one seller and we use the finest Australian sea salt to give it a subtle hint of salt.
We also have macarons to suit each season, as we have a passion for all seasonal produce & sustainability.
Our standard size macarons start from $2.80 each with a minimum order of 30 per flavour.
Our Mini macarons start from $2.20 each with a minimum order of 30 per flavour.

SIGNATURE MACARON FLAVOURS
- Mauritian Vanilla Tea – A blue shell, filled with white chocolate infused Mauritian vanilla tea
- Berry Burst – A cherry coloured shell, filled with dark chocolate and raspberry or strawberry jam
- Salted Caramel – A light brown shell, filled with caramel and a touch of salt
- Swiss Chocolate – A green shell drizzled with swiss chocolate, filled with quality swiss ganache
SEASONAL MACARON FLAVOURS –
- Hazelnut – A pale brown shell sprinkled with hazelnuts, filled with a chocolate and hazelnut ganache
- Lemon and Poppy seed – A yellow shell with poppy seeds, filled with a fresh lemon buttercream
- Pistachio Praline – A green shell filled with a pistachio and buttercream praline
COCKTAIL MACARON FLAVOURS
- Cosmopolitan – A pink shell, filled with a cranberry and vodka infused buttercream
- Espresso martini – A black shell, drizzled with white chocolate, filled with an espresso martini buttercream
- Irish Cream – A green and white shell, filled with dark chocolate blended with amazing Irish cream liqueur

- Bella blossom– A pale shell, filled with a citrus and tangerine flavoured buttercream.
- Green tea –A green shell with a black stripe, with a green tea infused white chocolate.
- Lavandula– A deep purple shell with a lavender flavoured buttercream.
- Strawberries and cream– A red “strawberry” shell with sprinkles of poppy seeds, flavoured with a strawberry buttercream.
- Apple mojito– A green shell, filled with an apple, mint, lime and rum and flavoured buttercream.
- Chocolate, Cherry & Coconut–A red shell with a cherry and coconut infused in a Belgian chocolate ganache.
- Hibiscus flower– Red and white shell, filled with a hibiscus flower flavoured buttercream.
- Lemon, lime & bitters – An orange and white swirl shell with a buttercream filling flavoured with lemon and lime juice and a hint of Angostura bitters
- Mango– A yellow shell with a mango flavoured buttercream.
- Apple – A green shell, filled with apple butter cream and home made apple jam
- Caramelised Orange – An orange shell, with tangerine dark chocolate and caramelized orange
- Chilli Chocolate – A chocolate shell, filled with dark chocolate ganache and a hint of chilli
- Fig and Honey – A purple shell, with honey infused white chocolate and homemade fig jam
- Mocha – A chocolate shell, filled with coffee butter cream
- Peach in Champagne – A peach coloured shell, with peach butter cream and homemade peach jam
- Raspberry Fig and Rosewater – A rose coloured shell, filled with dark chocolate ganache infused with rosewater with raspberry and homemade fig jam rolled in pink sprinkles
