Quotes are valid for 2 months. If you decide to proceed with an order after the expiry date of the quote, we will re-calculate the cost of your order.

Orders are taken by emailing hello@sweetsfortilly.com.au or contacting Nancy on 0439 286 690.  We will ask some questions to provide you with a quote for the items you would like to order.

For macarons we require a minimum of 24 per flavour of macaron.

For cupcakes we require a minimum of 12, for the standard size (approximately 40mm base and height).

We recommend placing an order one month before your event date. However, please call us to discuss your item and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit.

Please note, If this is not received your order is not confirmed and may result in your order not being secured with our team.

Cleared payment of the entire balance must be received by the due date shown on your quote in order for work on your product to be completed.

In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to consider the order cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Your cake is very important to us. Please take the time to check your copy of the order form  carefully and let us know immediately if there are any mistakes or if changes are needed.

We will try to accommodate your changes however, bear in mind that changes to the agreed  design may mean the price changes too, and last minute changes cannot always be  accommodated.

Orders which are cancelled at short notice (within one month of the event date) will still be charged for in full.

Below are an example of our macaron flavours:

  • Berry Burst (chocolate ganache and berry filling)
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Mocha (coffee and buttercream)
  • Salted Caramel
  • Swiss Chocolate
  • Vanilla Mauritian tea
  • Other flavours are made on a seasonal basis, upon request and are priced accordingly.

We have the following cake flavours:

  •  Vanilla
  • Vanilla with chocolate chips
  • Chocolate
  • Chocolate mud
  • White chocolate mud
  • Caramel mud
  • White chocolate and Raspberry
  • Hummingbird (a delicious pineapple, coconut & banana cake)
  • Red velvet
  • Traditional fruit cake (minimum notice is 5 weeks for the flavours to mature)

We create cakes to cater to the number of guests at your event.
The serving sizes are either dessert or coffee serves.

Dessert slices are 2″x2″x1″ per serve. We recommend dessert portions when the cake will be the only sweet on the day.

Coffee slices are 2″x1″x1″ per serve. We recommend coffee (also known as finger serves) if you have other sweets/cheese platters also being served on the day.

Please contact our team so we can advise which cake size would be best suited to your guests.

All our cakes are individual and made to order. We welcome you to bring in designs or ideas for us to follow, however we cannot make the item exactly the same due to copyright, but we will work with you to make it according to the design you have in mind.

We may allow you to collect your order if it is a single tier cake, macarons or cupcakes.  Our products are delicate, and unfortunately once they have been collected, their safe keeping is  your responsibility. 

Unfortunately any larger cakes will require us to deliver it for you.  

If you require delivery we can do so at a charge. 

It is best that our goods are stored at room temperature (20 degrees Celsius) in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Fondant icing can discolour if placed in direct sunlight, and we do not recommend placing a fondant iced cake in the fridge.

Our macarons can generally be stored in an airtight container in the following ways:

  • In the freezer for up to 2 months (purchased frozen, not previously defrosted).
  • In the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • At or below room temperature (out of the fridge) for up to 3 days

Macarons are best served at room temperature.
